Itinerary

Tour begins with pick up at the hotel or airport by our driver guide. You will then embark on a morning journey from Kigali to the lush Nyungwe National Park, renowned for its biodiversity and captivating landscapes. Upon arrival, you'll be immersed in the natural beauty of the park as you prepare for an exhilarating canopy walk. You'll traverse the elevated walkways suspended among the treetops, offering panoramic views of the forest canopy and glimpses of wildlife below. After the canopy walk, you'll settle into your accommodation within the park, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the wilderness.

You'll wake up early for an unforgettable chimpanzee trekking experience in Nyungwe National Park. Accompanied by experienced guides, you will venture into the forest in search of these remarkable primates, observing their behavior in their natural habitat. After the trek, you'll indulge in a leisurely tea experience at a nearby plantation, where you'll learn about the process of tea production and enjoy a tasting session. In the afternoon, you'll bid farewell to Nyungwe National Park and transfer to the tranquil shores of Lake Kivu, where you'll unwind and relax at your lakeside accommodation.
